Here in Europe the Healthcare bill acceptance is hailed as a big step towards changes within the American system. Experts agree that it is a step in the right direction, enabling many Americans to afford healthcare insurances and be able to be treated, but it also means that taxes might go up and other areas will have to see savings, in order to pay for the new bill.
